Returns and Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with your product for any of the following reasons, please follow our return process:
• The item was faulty or defective upon arrival.
• You received an incorrect size or color.
• An incorrect item was delivered.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us: Email our Customer Support Team at support@glazeandglam.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Please use the subject line: <CUSTOMER NAME + ORDER NUMBER> - Return/Refund.
2. Provide Details: In your email, include the item names and the reason for the return or exchange, along with clear images of the defect or incorrect item. Photos should be well-lit to help us accurately assess the issue.
3. Return Instructions: After reviewing your request, we will send you instructions on how to return the item to our warehouse.
Refund Process
Once our warehouse confirms receipt of the returned item, we’ll process your refund. For PayPal payments, expect to receive your funds within 6-10 business days. For card payments (VISA or Mastercard), processing may take up to 7 business days.
Note: Please ensure you provide detailed images and order information. Incomplete submissions may delay or affect the approval of your return.
Shipping: Returns should be sent to our warehouse and all items will be inspected upon return. Glaze & Glam reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet our policy criteria.
