Yes! Every Glaze & Glam order is securely packaged in our custom-designed box to keep your nails safe during delivery. Inside, you’ll find everything you need for a flawless application — a set of press-on nails, nail glue, a nail file, and an alcohol swab — all neatly packed and protected.

We ship worldwide — including the US, Europe, Australia/New Zealand, and across Asia-Pacific.

Please note: At this time, we do not ship to South America, Africa, or the Middle East.

United Kingdom: 6–12 business days

We also offer express shipping to most regions, with delivery in as fast as 5–7 business days.

However, please note that express shipping is significantly more expensive due to our products containing liquid components (nail glue and alcohol wipes), which require special handling.

Absolutely! Orders over $50 qualify for a free surprise sticker pack from Glaze & Glam. Each sticker pack is limited edition and may vary depending on current stock — making every order a little more exciting and unique!

Every order comes with a tracking number, which will be sent to your email once your package ships.

To easily check your delivery status, just head to the “Track My Order” tab at the top of our website menu.

Enter your tracking number there, and you’ll see real-time updates on where your package is and when it’s expected to arrive.

We want you to love your Glaze & Glam nails — but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’ve got you covered.

You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund, as long as the items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

To start a return, just contact our support team with your order number — we’ll guide you through the quick and easy process.

Once your return is approved and processed, refunds will be issued within 7 business days to your original payment method.
